Let’s talk. We believe in the work we do but we’re not the right fit for everyone. Let’s see if we’re aligned and give you the chance to see what we bring to the table. If we’re not the right fit, we work with many other clients who might be a viable option.
Can you provide me with references?
Absolutely–don’t take our word for it. Talk to the clients we work with and learn why they see value in what we do.
Will our conversations be confidential?
Yes. All of our work and discussions together are conducted in complete confidentiality. Our coaching discussions are never mentioned internally or externally.
Is it true that a fractional leadership requires a long-term contract?
We don’t believe in long term contracts because the work we do should always be accretive to your business. We can save over $100,000+ by engaging with a fractional leadership over a FTE. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
